The hotel is generally clean and organized, but the rooms lack proper ventilation, which makes them feel stuffy and humid. the bathroom is small with dull lighting, and the towels provided are worn-out and rough. the staff is busy and unresponsive, and the breakfast is overpriced and disappointing with limited options.
The gym is well-equipped and maintained.

The hotel had a new and clean look. It was comfortable and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the dinner menu and the option to add breakfast for a reasonable price. It was also convenient to have a fast breakfast option for early mornings.
During busy hours, it took longer to check in due to only one employee being available.

During my xmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms. The friendly staff was a plus, and they offered a nice menu for dinner. , the breakfast was an option for an additional fee. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
The check-in process was frustrating. Despite it being busy, there was only one employee working, causing long wait times.
